I've had systemic reactions from zllergy shots hives ; a more severe reaction would be anaphylaxis throat closing off. When I had scratch allergy, some of the responses were so severe that I had hives allergy my forearms and even shos "runner" of inflammation up a lymph duct to my armpit.
